How do I choose a rear view camera that is suitable for my car model?

A) Search the shop using your main car model; there will be several types of cameras, so buy according to your actual original license plate/handle.
B) Or, you can measure your size and consult customer service to confirm the camera model.
Tip: As there may be slight differences between cars produced in different countries, please check the size before buying.

After connecting the rear view camera, the screen shows no signal, a black screen, or no image. What should I do?

A) Please check your connections; the red trigger wire should be connected to your reverse light and the monitor's reverse-in cable.
B) Please check your signal format and select the correct signal to run the camera.
C) If your monitor has an AUX-IN function, you can connect to the AUX-IN.
Tip: CVBS cameras can have their performance tested on a TV. Universal cameras with 4-pin plugs can only be installed with our cables. You can consult customer service if you encounter any problems during the installation process.

After connecting the rear view camera, the screen is black and white. What should I do if there is no color?

A) Choosing the wrong camera system (e.g., PAL/NTSC) will cause the screen to be black and white. Please select the correct system to run the camera and restart the camera's power. The CVBS camera is an NTSC system; the AHD1080P camera is a PAL system.
B) Please check whether the 6m cable is working properly; try replacing it with another 6m cable to test the camera.

What functions do the white and green cables on the rear view camera control?

A) White cable: video signal control
• GFA camera:
( AHD )+( 1280x720 )+( 170° )
Cut the white cable (and reconnect the camera power) → ( CVBS )+( 1280x720 )+( 170° )
• GAHD camera:
( AHD1080P )+( 1920x1080 )+( 175° )
Cut the white cable (and reconnect the camera power) → ( CVBS )+( 1280x720 )+( 125° )
B) Green cable: parking line control
If the camera has/does not have parking lines, you can cut the green cable, then reconnect the camera's power supply to toggle the parking lines.
